I'm writing to commend your team, namely Katrina Osman, on what has proven to be exceptional service.

A couple of months ago, during a business trip to New York, following an incident which occurred whilst I was there, it was necessary for me to attend in various hospital and doctor visits.

I immediately contacted Ms. Osman, my consultant at IHC. Beyond her irreproachable professionalism, Ms. Osman handled this situation with the utmost care and sensitivity. In the days immediately following the incident, the last thing on my mind was handling claims details. Ms. Osman was clearly sensitive to my state of mind for which I am grateful. Ever the professional, she was efficient, available, but also caring and attentive.
