I wish to commend to you, your colleague Katrina Osman.
We now live in Turkey and are in need of Medical Insurance, yours was one of a number of companies/brokers I contacted. The response I got was generally lukewarm and I got the feeling that they didn't want my business. However, the initial response and continued prompt service I have received from Katrina has been exemplary.

All through the process she has been there for advice and her responses have always been direct, professional and to the point. During my own working life I saw many examples of individuals who were very quick to complain but unfortunately not so quick to praise.
You should be very proud that you have staff like Katrina working for you and I hope that you value her contribution to your business.

I have yet to find out what follow up support there is following my purchase but if it is given in the same efficient manner I will be very happy indeed.
